Please give me an overview of the ordering process.

Once you've selected the product(s) you would like to order, simply follow the instructions on each screen of the order process. First, you'll be selecting item color, size, and quantity and then you will be asked to submit your instructions in the comment section of the order form. Use this comment section to provide a detailed description of the layout and other printing instructions.
After you've completed these steps, you must submit your payment via PayPal and enter any notes or comments that you think we need to know. Your order will not be processed without a payment.You'll also receive a confirming e-mail of your order.
Here's the important thing to know:
Your order will be carefully reviewed by your Customer Care Representative and he or she may contact you once they begin checking things over and BEFORE your order is produced!
You have 24 hours to respond to changes in your submitted art work or layout. Designs & Graphics by Andilla provides a quick turn-around therefore, after the order is printed, you will be billed. Remember, that you can see exactly what your order will look like prior to production if you request a proof! But do not hesitate to contact us as soon as you receive your requested proof or the confirmation email - if you desire changes! Please review your text/spelling and image before placing your order. If Andilla makes a mistake - the order will be replaced at no charge or a credit to your account will be issued. If you submit the wrong image or misspell a text, a replacement can be made but you will be charged for the additional order replacement.

How do I prepare my artwork for submission?
Answer:
Your product will be as good as the image that you send to us. Scanned images should be at least 300 dpi at 100% zoom. If we scan the image for you, the original artwork will be returned. Electronic images should be prepared as follows:
- Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) - Imbed fonts used or export as .EPS format
- Adobe Illustrator (.AI, .EPS) - Convert text outlines, embed any linked images and save as version 10 or lower
- Corel Draw (.CDR) - Convert text to curves
- Microsoft Office (.DOC, .PPT, .PUB) - Embed or include fonts
- Bitmaps (.JPG, .TIF, .PCX, .GIF, .PNG, .BMP) - Send as is, no need to change. Should be 300 dpi at 100% zoom for best results
