Thank you for visiting my website. I hope that you like the products that you are purchasing. I am the sole proprietor of my sublimation business: Designs & Graphics by Andilla. (My real name is Andrew, and Andilla is my nickname). 

It was possible to start my business because of some really dedicated and wonderful people. I'd like to thank Rick Swandol, who was my education instructional assistant for six years and continues to be my friend and one of my business supports. Rick helped me learn the sublimation and graphics business. He believed in me when no one else did!

Thanks also go to teacher Larry Negley, Terri Crawford Fuller and Nancy Glass of the Allegany County MD school system. A special thank you goes to the Maryland Department of Rehabilitation Services' Erin Shahan and Matt Shipway for providing support and start-up money through their self-employment program, RISE.

Life isn't always easy, and it can be difficult when you have the diagnosis of Autism and are non-verbal (like me). If you contact me, I will respond by email. But, my life is good and I have a loving and supportive family. I believe in independence, self-determination, and the right of inclusion in all facets of my life! My business enables me to work for myself and to feel good about the great personalized items that I produce. My specialty is making high quality individual personalized products for small orders. I believe that everyone has the right to work and I love owning my own business (I'm in charge)! I also give presentations at local, state, and national conferences about owning my own business. In November 2008, I was proud to receive the State of Maryland, Department of Rehabilitation Services Personal Achievement Award for establishing my own business.

A portion of the profits from Designs & Graphics by Andilla are donated to Autism Research and Programs for the inclusion and support of individuals with autism and their families.
